PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problematic point that electromagnetic field circuit coupled analysis of an FDTD (finite difference time domain) method and circuit analysis requires interruption of computation in the FDTD method for waiting until a voltage value of a cell is delivered from the circuit analysis, thus resulting in increased analysis time compared with analysis only by performing the FDTD method.;SOLUTION: A magnetic field value of a circuit cell, prior to another cell, is computed (S5102) which is necessary for computation of a current value to be delivered to the circuit analysis from the FDTD method, and the current value is delivered to the circuit analysis (S5106).
