PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a molecule selected by a molecular display method with high sensitivity. PSOLUTION: The method is carried out as follows. A tiling array which immobilizes each probe designed on the basis of sequence information about an mRNA encoding a candidate protein with 25 bases of a gap between the probes on the average or which is designed so as to provide an overlap between the probes of 50% the probe length on the average is prepared. A DNA selected by a screening method using an assigned molecule in which the protein is bound to a nucleic acid encoding the protein is subjected to an RNA amplification with an RNA polymerase in the presence of a nucleotide labeled with a ligand substance without inhibiting the RNA-DNA hybridization to hybridize the amplified RNA with the tiling array. The resultant hybridization product is labeled with a conjugate of an adaptor substance binding to the ligand substance and a fluorescent substance or a substance activating chemifluorescence or chemiluminescence and the intensity of the fluorescence or light emission is measured to detect an interaction by analyzing the resultant results of measurement.
