PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectrical integrated wiring board in which electric connections and optical connections with a light waveguide can be made easily and efficiently in the arrangement of electronic circuit parts and light receiving and emitting elements on the board.;SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a board having a first surface and a second surface, a first electric wiring layer, a first resin insulation layer, a second electric wiring layer, a second resin insulation layer. At least one of the first and second resin insulation layers is formed of transparent resins. The invention also comprises an optical wiring layer. The first and second resin insulation layers are of the same thickness. The present invention further comprises a through hole that penetrates the board vertically, and a light path conversion mirror capable of converting the direction that the light travels, between the vertical direction and the in-plane direction of the board at the opening position of the through hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
