PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectrical integrated wiring board in which electric connections and optical connections with a light waveguide are made easily and efficiently in the arrangement of electronic circuit parts and light receiving and emitting elements on the board.;SOLUTION: The optoelectrical integrated wiring board has: a board having a through hole made open on a first surface and a second surface and penetrating the board vertically; a first electric wiring layer provided on the first surface, a first resin insulation layer provided on the first surface to cover the first electric wiring layer; a second resin insulation layer provided on the second surface and equal in thickness to the first insulating layer; and a transparent resin filled into the through hole. The first resin insulation layer has an opening for mounting the light receiving and emitting elements in a region including one opening position of the through hole, and the second resin insulating layer has an optical wiring layer, which has a light path conversion mirror formed in the other opening position of the through hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
