PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new alcohol-containing drink or food having new palate feeling and flavor and slight in the decline of the flavor.;SOLUTION: A method for producing the new alcohol-containing drink comprises the following procedure: Sake such as Japanese sake containing no yeast is admixed with a starch-saccharified liquid that is prepared using cereals and malted rice, cereals and malted rice and an enzymatic agent, cereals and an enzymatic agent, or malted rice, and solids in the starch-saccharified liquid are pulverized so that solids 1 mm or larger in particle size are gone. The alcohol concentration of the resulting alcohol-containing drink is brought to 1-5 wt.%. The alcohol-containing drink is packed in a container and frozen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
