PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position error correction device of a variable resistor with a center click where the mechanical middle point and electric middle point of the variable resistor with the center click are matched.;SOLUTION: This position error correction device of a variable resistor with the center click is provided with: a pulse circuit for applying square waves in the same timing with different polarities to both terminals of a variable resistor equipped with a click mechanism; an A-D conversion circuit for inputting an output square wave from a central terminal connected to the slider of the variable resistor, and for converting the output square wave into a digital signal; a storage circuit for storing the converted digital signal; and an arithmetic operation means for digitizing an output peak value from a central terminal at the click position of the variable resistor, and for storing it as an initial set value in the storage circuit, and for calculating and outputting a difference between the initial set value read from the storage circuit and the digitized peak value of the output square wave from the central terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
