PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of discriminating the transmission of partially lost business data to a head office server when the hall management device of each game hall transmits the stored business data to the head office server.;SOLUTION: A hall opening processing performing part 12a newly starts the storage of the business data, and at the same time, transmits a start report indicating the effect to the head office server 40a. A hall closing processing performing part 14a stops the storage of the business data, and at the same time, transmits a stop report indicating the effect to the head office server. A passage time data transmission processing part 20 transmits a passage time from the performance of last opening processing to the performance of closing processing to the head office server. Even when the opening processing is performed a plurality of times and the start report does not arrive at the head office server in the opening processing after the first processing, the head office server discriminates that the opening processing is performed a plurality of times when a difference between the reception times of the start report and the stop report is different from the passage time.
