PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technique for rearing, culturing, producing seeds and seedlings, post-planting and cultivating a scampi; to provide a method for efficiently rearing, culturing, producing the seeds and seedlings, post-planting and cultivating the scampi; and to provide the scampi cultured by the method. PSOLUTION: A method for culturing the scampi is carried out as follows. The scampi is housed in a culture vessel housing seawater and the scampi is reared, cultured, subjected to seed and seedling production, post-planted or cultivated under artificial control in a culture facility on the land. An apparatus for culturing the scampi is obtained by individually housing the scampi 3 of the larva or young age in a water-flowing culture vessel 1 designed not to make the scampi of the larva or young age enter or leave and to make a feed for the scampi enter or leave and then housing the water-flowing culture vessel in another vessel where the feed 5 is present.
