PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter such as refuse from falling from an opening part provided in a carrying path for produce for passing projection light therethrough.;SOLUTION: This instrument for measuring residual agrichemicals 1 is equipped with an infrared spectrophotometer 2 and a measuring instrument 3. Projection light is projected from below by the measuring instrument 3 to produce 10 through an opening part 22a provided in the middle of a conveying path, and its reflected light is received by the infrared spectrophotometer 2 to measure the concentration, etc. of residual agrichemicals that have adhered to the surface of the produce 10.
