PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables convenient or easy coating, cleaning, degreasing, drying, etc. of a hole of a material without insertion of a special tool or device into the hole and/or more uniform treatment with little unevenness, reduction in the load of workers, facilitation of maintenance and improvement of conditions of working surroundings.;SOLUTION: The method comprises an exposure of at least one opening of a hole of an object material to a fluid material and a movement of the fluid material to the other opening so as to bring the fluid material into contact with the inside surface of the hole, thereby treating the inside surface with the fluid material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
