PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive silicone rubber composition capable of obtaining a safe electroconductive silicone rubber sponge without requiring a long time post cure, and the electroconductive silicone rubber sponge obtained by foaming and curing the composition. PSOLUTION: This electroconductive silicone rubber composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass organopolysiloxane expressed by the following mean compositional formula (I): RSP1/SPSBa/SBSiOSB(4-a)/2/SB[wherein, RSP1/SPs are each the same kind or different kind non-substituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and (a) is a positive number of 1.95-2.04], and having at least 2 alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) 1-100 pts.mass electroconductive carbon black, (C) 0.01-20 pts.mass peroxyester, (D) 0.01-50 pts.mass dimethyl 1,1'-azobis(1-cyclohexane carboxylate) and (E) 0.5-50 pts.mass sodium hydrogen carbonate, and the electroconductive silicone rubber sponge is also obtained by foaming and curing the composition.
