PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a bearing wall panel, which prevents the early collapse of the bearing wall panel, even in the action of a horizontal force.;SOLUTION: In a steel house, longitudinal and lateral frame materials 15 and 17 of thin-plate light-gage steel are formed like a frame, and the bearing wall panel 5, which is constituted by mounting a face material or a brace on the frame materials, serves as a main frame element. Characteristically, the mounting structure of the bearing wall panel 5, which is used when the panel 5 is mounted on a wooden sill 3 installed on a foundation 1, is equipped with load transfer members 7 and 9 which are installed in the state of passing through the wooden sill 3, so as to directly transfer the load of the panel 5 to a foundation 1; and the members 7 and 9 are arranged below the frame material 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
