PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatula for a cosmetic substance, which is used similarly by either the right or left fingers, and a cosmetic container for housing the spatula conveniently in an inner lid.;SOLUTION: The spatula 14 for scooping the cosmetic substance has a curved shape formed with front scooping surfaces, has an outside curved shape following the inner peripheral part of the inner lid 9, is formed with scooping surfaces on both sides, and includes a body portion having convexo-convex cross-section. The inner lid 9 is attached to an opening of a container body, has a dish shape composed of a rising wall of a short cylindrical shape and a flat bottom portion, and formed with a housing portion for spatula 14 along the inner peripheral part of the inner lid 9 to restrict a housing position of the spatula 14 to the inner periphery of the inner lid 9. Both end positions of the spatula 14 are provided with protrusions for restricting the movement of the spatula 14 in a peripheral direction and a bottom center direction of the inner lid 9, and the spatula 14 having a shape similar to the shape of the arcuate inner periphery of the lid is allowed to be housed freely horizontally.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
