PROTECTOR FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL CABLING AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL CABLING METHOD OF WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally cable a wire harness, while controlling the dimensions of the wire harness.;SOLUTION: A protector 1 for three-dimensional cabling is provided with a main protector 2 and a sub-protector 4. The main protector 2 has a body 21 for housing a wire harness W, and a bending portion 26 bendably attached to the body 21 so as to cause the wire harness W to bend and to lead out. The sub-protector 4 has a fixture 41 to which the wire harness W is fixed. In cabling the wire harness W, the sub-protector 4 is attached at a predetermined position of the wire harness W via a corrugated tube C, and then the sub-protector 4 is fixed on the main protector 2, and the wire harness W is led out upward. As a result, the wire harness W can be bent at a predetermined angel inside the protector 1 for three-dimensional cabling, while ensuring the dimensions of the wire harness W.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
