PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a farm producer who is not familiar with the operation of a personal computer to quickly prepare a work journal having a work content easily understood.;SOLUTION: This work journal preparation device is provided with an input candidate information acquiring part 5 for, when detecting a user touch on an input item displayed in the item selection region (1) of a touch monitor, acquiring input candidate information corresponding to the input item touched by a user from an input candidate information storage part 1 and an input candidate information display processing part 6 for displaying the input candidate information in a list display region (2) of the touch monitor.
