PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-input CMOS amplifier using an insulated gate field effect transistor, a high-gain multi-input CMOS amplifier, a highly stable multi-input CMOS amplifier, a high-gain highly stable multi-input CMOS amplifier, and a multi-input CMOS differential amplifier for preventing bad influence on signal input path by eliminating restriction of Vofs on the number of amplifying stages while an input impedance of the amplifier is not limited. PSOLUTION: Two or more CMOS inverters are used as one output terminal by connecting each output terminals, and the input terminals of each CMOS inverters are used as the same number of independent input terminals to constitute a multi-input CMOS amplifier. A very high gain multi-input amplifier with a greatly large open loop gain and an inverse output with a view from each input is realized by connecting even numbers of stages of the CMOS inverters. In addition, high gain highly stable multi-input CMOS amplifier can be constituted, if necessary by connecting the plurality of stages of the amplifiers with adjusted input offset voltage.
