ANCHOR FITTING EMBEDDED LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ITS MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excels in anchor fitting mounting work efficiency and mounting strength to a reinforcing bar embedded in a lightweight cellular concrete panel.;SOLUTION: This anchor fitting embedded lightweight cellular concrete panel 10 is provided with a pair of spaced locking parts 18a, 18a at the end of an anchor fitting 18, wherein openings facing opposite to each other are formed at the respective sidewalls of the pair of locking parts 18a, 18a, and the locking part 18a of the anchor fitting 18 and one reinforcing bar (a horizontal reinforcement) 16b fitted from the opening of the locking part 18a are fixed by spot welding. In a manufacturing method, one reinforcing bar (the horizontal reinforcement) 16b is disposed between the pair of locking parts 18a, 18a, and the anchor fitting 18 is rotated to fit the one reinforcing bar (the horizontal reinforcement) 16b into the opening. The anchor fitting 18 is then fixed to the one reinforcing bar (the horizontal reinforcement) 16b by spot welding.
