EMBEDDED ANCHOR METAL FITTING FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL, MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL USING EMBEDDED ANCHOR METAL FITTING, AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded anchor metal fitting for an ALC panel by which mounting workability and a mounting strength of the ALC panel are improved, and to provide a mounting structure of the ALC panel using the metal fitting and a mounting method for the ALC panel.;SOLUTION: The embedded anchor metal fitting comprises a T-letter shaped locking member 10 and a rod-like insertion member 15. The locking member 10 includes a hollow mounting member 14 having an engaging part 13 formed on an inner wall of the hollow part in a threaded manner and a cylindrical member 11. The hollow mounting member 14 is welded and fixed to the center of the cylindrical part 11 at a right angle. The insertion member 15 is inserted into a hollow part 12 of the cylindrical member 11. A first bored hole 16 is formed in a panel surface and a second bored hole 17 is formed in a header face of the panel. The locking member 10 is disposed inside a panel P through the first bored hole 16 in a state that a bolt 19 is locked to the engaging part 13 of the locking member 10 by the intermediary of a panel mounting metal fitting 18. Then, the insertion member 15 is inserted into the hollow part 12 of the cylindrical member 11 from the second bored hole 17. A building skeleton is held between the panel mounting metal fitting 18 and the panel P, and the bolt 19 is screwed into the engaging part 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
