PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing bearing power by constructing a piled raft foundation by an existing pile and a new foundation slab or the existing pile and an existing foundation slab via a ground improver.;SOLUTION: The ground under the existing foundation slab 3 of an existing building 1 is excavated to the just under ground up to a stratum and the depth of reducing a settlement quantity in a state of temporarily receiving axial force by the existing pile 4. The new foundation slab 5 is constructed on an excavated bottom surface.
