PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angiotensin II1 type receptor antagonist, an angiotensin II2 type receptor agonist, an adrenalin β2 receptor agonist and a vasopressin receptor antagonist, excellent in stability and safety, and advantageous in view of their prices, and an anti-hypertensive composition containing them.;SOLUTION: The angiotensin II1 type receptor antagonist, angiotensin II2 type receptor agonist, adrenalin β2 receptor agonist, vasopressin receptor antagonist and anti-hypertensive composition contain the lysophosphatidyl choline. The lysophosphatidyl choline having a specific chemical structure is much contained in an extract obtained by collecting rice bran (including starchy part) from germinated unpolished rice, treating with hot water to swell starch, standing still for a while, adding ethanol having 50-99.5 mass%, preferably 70-99.5 mass% concentration, concentrating and drying the supernatant of the mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
