PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for filling a gap between a case and work when description of work is proceeding referring to cases stored in advance. SOLUTION: A user describes difference information between his/her own work and a referring case by operating a work managing part 30. The difference information described by each user when carrying out work is stored in a difference information managing part 21 of a category work information managing part 20. If the user request cooperation about a problem of his/her own work, the category work information managing part 20 searches difference information similar to the difference information of the work (by referring to the same case, a case having similar contents of difference), and requests cooperation to a possessor of the similar difference information. Resembling in the difference information means resembling in difference between work and referenced case, there is an excellent possibility that the possessor of the similar difference information has experience about a problem facing a client as compared with a person just referring to the same case.
