The present invention relates to a real-time statistics-based problem-solving lecture system incorporating student reactions and a providing method thereof. The real-time statistics-based problem-solving lecture system incorporating student reactions comprises: a lecture providing server to provide an online lecture; a plurality of student terminals to communicate with the lecture providing server, and receive the online lecture; and a lecturer terminal to communicate with the lecture providing server, and transmit the content of the online lecture to the lecture providing server. The lecture providing server comprises: a problem suggestion module to suggest a problem to the student terminals; an answer collection module to collect answers to the suggested problem from the student terminals; a reaction collection module to incorporate understanding of the students for the content of the online lecture, and collect an operating state of an understanding icon displayed on each student terminal; and a statistics calculation module to calculate a statistical distribution for the answers and the operating state of the understanding icon in real time. According to the present invention, statistics for answers inputted by a plurality of students are calculated in real time and displayed on the terminals of the students and a lecturer to allow the students to view answers inputted by other competitors and compare the answers and allow the lecturer to efficiently provide an explanation in accordance with an error rate of the problem. Also, the student can use an understanding icon during the explanation of the problem, and the lecturer can view the statistics for the use of the understanding icon. Therefore, a ratio of students who understand the lecture can be viewed at a glance without reading text of the students displayed on a chatting window to allow a customized lecture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
