PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen detecting method that is enhanced in sensitivity and reproducibility.;SOLUTION: The allergen detecting method has a composite forming step for introducing a carrier liquid containing an allergen substance into a reaction part, to which a recognizing substance is held, to react the same with recognition substance to form a recognition substance-allergen substance composite; a first washing step for allowing a washing liquid in the reaction part, to wash off the unreacted allergen substance; a lable substance reaction step for introducing the carrier liquid containing the recognizing substance with a label substance into the reaction part; a second washing step for allowing the washing liquid to flow again in the reaction part, to wash off the unreacted recognizing substance with the label substance; a detection substance forming step for introducing a carrier, containing a substrate substance into the reaction part to perform reaction; a liquid feed step for feeding the carrier liquid, containing a detection substance to a detection part; and a detection step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
