PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel manufacturing technique capable of particularly efficiently mass-producing a variable blade of twin-shaft type in a VGS type turbocharger.;SOLUTION: When manufacturing a blade 11 adjusting the flow rate of the exhaust gas G and the variable blade 1 provided with the shaft part 12 forming the rotary center at both ends, this process has its processes of a blank preparing process P1 of blanking a blank W being a prototype of the variable blade 1 from stainless steel or heat resistant steel having the proper plate thickness, a pre-molding process P2 and the final molding process P4 of sandwiching and forming the blank W in a desired shape by opposed molds, the final trimming process P5 of trimming a non-product part (b) after the final molding, and a cutting process of finishing a shaft part 12 in desired dimensional accuracy by mainly cutting the shaft part 12 of the blank W in a near net shape state. For the final trimming for manufacturing the variable blade 1 having the shaft part 12 being the rotational center on its both sides; and it is characterized that an unnecessary part (a) formed in a contour part of the blank W by pre-molding is intermediately trimmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
