INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, LITERATURE DATA ACQUISITION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intellectual property management system for simplifying user work for obtaining literature data such as prior literature represented by cited literature.;SOLUTION: An externally linked DB retrieval section 6 extracts information related to cited literature from a notice of reasons for refusal, and requests retrieval of relevant document data to an external database. A retrieval result evaluation section 7, if determined that the document data have not been acquired from the external database, notifies a literature order/reception section 8 of information for identifying the literature. The literature order/reception section 8 holds the information for identifying the notified literature and displays a list of the information on a display screen. A user selects information for identifying literature to be desired to an external literature provision service provider 14 and inputs an order instruction. The literature order/reception section 8, upon reception of the order instruction from the user, transmits a telegram message for the order request including the information for identifying the literature to a literature arrangement management system 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
