PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiting mechanism of a rotation body and a reverse rotation preventing mechanism.;SOLUTION: The torque limiting mechanism and the reverse rotation preventing mechanism are provided with a friction member 33 which is disposed between a shaft 3a and the rotation body 12 rotatably supported by the shaft 3a, is slid to the inner peripheral surface of the rotation body 12 when the rotation force is applied on the rotation body 12, and is made of a resilient material to limit the rotation torque. The torque of the rotation body 12 is adjusted by a surface treatment of the friction member 33, or the friction member contact surface, or by the shape of the retainer 16 of a bracket 14, or by the combination of the shape of the retainer 16 with the shape of the friction member 33.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
