PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid computing system in which a computer and a server which manages the job perform control of a load status, a computer resource management device, and a distributed processing method therefor.;SOLUTION: In the grid computing system 100, the computer resource management device 1 stores information on a resource providing computer 2. On receiving a job allocation request from the resource providing computer 2, the computer resource management device computes a request interval which is a time until the reception of the next job allocation request becomes possible from the throughput of the computer resource management device 1 and the number of resource providing computers 2, allocates a job to the resource providing computer 2 so that a job processing prediction time computed from the computer resource information and the allocated job exceeds a request interval.
