METHOD FOR DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE NATURAL GAS FIELD USING DRY BIOMASS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for resource circulation for mass-producing methane gas, and to provide a vegetation environment restorative method with consideration of economy as well by producing methane gas. PSOLUTION: The method for mass-producing methane gas involves utilizing, as a substrate for methanogenic bacteria, dry biomass and incompletely combusted gas from organic wastes (e.g. carbon monoxide gas, hydrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas) or chemicals obtained using the above as feedstocks (e.g. formates, methanol). By producing methane gas using plants cultivated in soil containing heavy metals, toxic chemical substances and/or high-concentration salts, the vegetation environment restorative method with the consideration of economy as well is served.
