PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machine, a scroll member and a manufacturing method for the scroll member, exhibiting lubricating performance even if lubricating oil is exhausted.;SOLUTION: In this scroll type fluid machine, an anode oxide film 2 is formed on an aluminum alloy base metal 1, an enlarged opening part 20 is formed on a surface layer part of a pore 3, and the interior of the pore is filled with tin 5 to manufacture a scroll member 10. The scroll member 10 is used for one of the revolving scroll and the fixed scroll, and by the self-lubrication of the impregnated tin 5, even if lubricating oil between the fixed scroll and the revolving scroll is exhausted, the lubricating action between both scrolls is maintained not to cause adhesion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
