PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a seamless flexible endless-shaped metallic sheet body which has no occurrence of projections, pinholes or the like.;SOLUTION: The method (1) for producing a seamless, flexible, endless-shaped metallic sheet body contains a stage (i) where a die for forming the metallic sheet body on the surface is dropped and immersed into an electroforming liquid; a stage (ii) where the immersed die is used as the cathode, and a metal as the anode, and a voltage is applied to the space between both the electrodes to form a metallic film on the surface of the die; a stage (iii) where the metallic film is peeled and recovered from the surface of the die. In the method, a stage (iv) where, directly before the immersion of the die into the electroforming liquid, a voltage is applied to the space between the die and the metal, and a microcurrent is made to flow therethrough; and a stage (v) where, after the immersion of the die into the electroforming liquid, the voltage is successively increased till a prescribed current value can be obtained are included.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
