PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact abnormality alarm device of low power consumption, and to provide an abnormality alarm system having the abnormality alarm device.;SOLUTION: This abnormality alarm device 1 has: a programmable logical part 11; a storage means 12 storing configuration information including at least a sensor signal processing program constructing a sensor signal processing function processing a sensor signal from an abnormality detection sensor, and an image signal processing program constructing an image signal processing function processing an image signal from an imaging means; a configuration means 13 developing the sensor signal processing program and/or the image signal processing program included in the configuration information to the programmable logical part 11 from the storage means 12, and constructing the sensor signal processing function and/or the image signal processing function; and a wireless communication means 14 capable of performing two-way wireless communication with an external device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
