PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inputting and displaying, which is used for making communication with respect to video via a network. PSOLUTION: This system has a video reproduction control means (1), input means (2) for inputting time information and space information for displaying a comment, comment inputting means (3), means (4, 5) for storing comment information including the time information and the space information, time information acquiring means (6) for video which is being reproduced, means (7) for acquiring the comment information corresponding to the time information of the video, means (8) for controlling the comment to be displayed, and means (9) for preparing a comment displaying region in response to the space information and displaying an image for instructing a position displayed in the space information from the comment displaying region.
