PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prescribe a video recorded/downloaded/manufactured by an individual, and to share comments by synchronizing the time of the prescribed video for realizing communication. PSOLUTION: This video comment input/display method is provided to acquire a video for realizing communication selected by a user, and to calculate a video identifier for prescribing the video, and to calculate a synchronizing place identifier for realizing temporal synchronization between videos, and to acquire a designated video time for viewing/comment, and to express the designated video time by using the video identifier and the synchronizing place identifier, and to acquire comment input by the user, and to store the comment and a video virtual time when the comment is input in a storage means by linking them with each other, and to acquire the comment information associated with the acquired video time from the storage means by using the video temporary time, and to display it at a display means.
