PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method which enable the automatic separation and quantification of polyphenol that is the principal taste/functional component in food and drink or a food and drink material, without special pretreatments.;SOLUTION: Polyphenol is separated from the food and drink or food and drink material containing polyphenol by size extrusion chromatography, and the separated polyphenol is quantified by a polyphenol-specific color developing quantification method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
