PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security in a home-based call center by preventing reference by a person other than a valid home-based operator, from the viewpoint that operation of a call center by home-based operators increases to require enhancement and ensuring of security for customer data, secret information of the own company or the like.;SOLUTION: A server computer has functions of accepting a temporary log-in request from a first terminal operated by a home-based operator; transmitting authentication unique data to the first terminal; and permitting authenticated log-in of the first terminal when data received from a second terminal owned by the home-based operator is the same data as the authentication unique data or data having the identity therewith.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
