PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator system by which access permission can be issued upon confirmation of operator information in performing support of appliances.;SOLUTION: In the present invention, when an operator uses an operator terminal 150 to perform remote support of an appliance 10, the operator system specifies a contact address of a manager who manages the appliance from a manager information database 250, then notifies the manager of information of the operator, and receives access permission from a manager terminal 300 used by the manager before starting the remote support, thereby giving a sense of safety to the manager in performing the remote support.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
