PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff search system, wherein degrees of associations between persons found by a search on a plurality of search conditions and each search condition are viewed simultaneously.;SOLUTION: The staff search system, which has a profile database 11 storing staff profile information in advance, a search request means 21 for requesting a staff search on input search words, and a search means 12 for searching the profile database 11 on the search words from the search request means 21 to output staff members as search results, comprises: a degree-of-association request means 22 for specifying some search words and search result staff members to request associations between the search words and the staff members; and a position calculation means 13 for calculating associations between the search words and the staff members specified by the degree-of-association request means 22.
