PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mediate between a requester for temporary staffing and a temporary staffing company and efficiently manage a temporary staffing contract between both.;SOLUTION: When an estimation request is sent from a customer terminal 16 (S100), request data responding to the estimation request is recorded in a data base (S102), and it is made available for browsing at a temporary staffing company terminal 18 (S106). When an estimation reply to the request data is sent (S112), estimation reply data is recorded in a data base (S1149, and it is made available for browsing at the customer terminal 16 (S122). When an approval of an approver of a customer company is obtained (S130 and S132), status of the request data is changed to made to be 'already requested'.
