PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a suitable degree of emphasis cannot be set automatically, since confirmation by visual observation of a worker is necessary. In the practical operation, component values of RGB are not individually calculated but difference values to the component values of RGB from a luminance value are obtained and calculated, so that the total operation processing amount can be very reduced.
