PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage to a film material without losing beauty in folding and storing the film material by always completely folding a roof film material in a film structure building making a roof face openable and closable by developing or folding the roof film material.;SOLUTION: The film structure building making the roof face openable and closable by developing or folding the roof film material has hollow parts 4b and 6a along the longitudinal direction of a member at folded positions of the roof film material 5, respectively, and arranges shape materials 4 and 6 forming slit-like grooves 4c and 6b leading to the outside from the hollow parts 4b and 6a. The roof film material 5 in an arrangement part of each shape material 4 and 6 is introduced in the hollow parts 4b and 6a from the slit-like grooves 4c and 6b of the shape materials 4 and 6.
