PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a parts mounting device which can smoothly and quickly perform turning operation of a latch. ;SOLUTION: This parts mounting device 40 is provided with a latch metal fitting 41 and a latch 42 turnably supported to the latch metal fitting. The latch metal fitting has a circular fitting hole 44 opposed to a slot-shaped mounting hole opened to a reflecting plate 33. The latch has a main unit 50 connected to a knob part 5 and also formed in a diameter larger than this knob part to be fitted turnably to the fitting hole. A support part 52 protruded to a diametric direction outer side to be hooked slidably to an opening edge part of the fitting hole is formed in an end part in an opposite side to the knob part of this main unit, also a plurality of lock protruded parts 55a, 55b slidably interposing the opening edge part of the fitting hole in cooperation with the support part, when the main unit is fitted to the fitting hole in an attitude with the knob part serving as the lead, are formed in an external peripheral surface of the main unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
