A Solid dispersion of Pranlukast composition with enhanced bioavailability and a method for Developing.More particularly, it provides a Solid dispersion of Pranlukast termofundido prepared by a process in which use of a composition comprising at least one Pranlukast and water-soluble Polymer selected from the group formed by Copolymer of vinylacetate polyvinylpyrrolidone , polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinylalcohol,That greatly improved the Dissolution rate compared with those prepared by the conventional method of Spray Drying, thus obtaining the pharmaceutical equivalent effects with less quantity of a drug.
