Conveniently, the vehicle also comprises an electronic control system for performing a plurality of functions including that of regulating the power supply voltage to the engine, regulating acceleration regardless of the load carried; regulate deceleration regardless of the load carried; manage the engine brake; control direct current flow by preventing peak currents from affecting the engine, disabling vehicle functions at predefined overload values, limiting full battery discharge and indicating battery charging status.
