Foodstuffs, food additives and pharmaceutical composition contain resveratrole (10-100 mM or 23 mg with respect to 1 l of drink/1 kg of food) and other flavonoides, and has rH2 value of 16-20. Addition of vitamin C reduces the rH2 value of composition from 18-20 to 16-18.
