PRODUCTION PROCEDURE FOR BRICK PRODUCTS WITH SILICONE ADDITIVE

Production procedure for brick products with silicone additives, taking as a main raw material any kind of clay or some other kind of raw material being used for production of brick products, treatment according to the usual technological procedure. Novelty in this invention is the use of a special silicone preparation (trade name : 'CALOXAN') being added in the quantity of up to 3 mass % to a dry material used for production of brick products thus achieving that the raw pressed out article is dried at the room temperature, that the baking temperature is reduces from 5000C up to 7500C (and in standard procedures for baking the temperatures vary from 9500C up to 12500C ). Moreover, duration of baking is significantly reduced and it turnes out to be 4 hours (in standard procedures it takes 36 to 48 hours). Production procedure like this for baking products brings to a significant energy savings, reduction of time required for production, as well as to the reduction of transportation costs, and a ready-made product complies to the specified standards.
