The method for treating the pancreatic cyst comprises the localization of the cyst, the mini-invasive intervention from the standard ports, the puncture with the metallic needle, the dissection of the walls of the stomach, the aspiration of the cyst content, the treatment of the cystic cavity with saline solution with antibiotics, the suturing of the anterior wall of the stomach, the removal of the drainage through the counteraperture in the right subcostal area, and the insertion of the nasogastral probe into the stomach.
