The invention relates to antibody, which has been obtained by immunization of animal with peptide from C-end of the unit Sub-1 of caspase-8, which has aminoacid sequence of CQGDNYQKGIPVETD. Said antibody is able to immunoprecipitate either active caspase-8, and procaspase -8 along with procaspase-8, connected with protein p72, and is able to an active release of caspase and connected protein from immune complex in elution, with the use of CQGDNYQKGIPVETD, as competitive peptide. The invention also relates to the use of said antibody for the development of ELISA-analysis, a process for the preparation of antibody, a process for cleaning caspase and protein connected to caspase, and also use of epitol CQGDNYQKGIPVETD for obtaining said antibody.
