A single micro-tube extends through multiple connection points, where it is provided with coupling tubes which can be opened so that the fibre optic unit can be temporarily removed to form a suitable size loop of e.g. ca. 2.5 m. The fibre optic unit is pulled back into the micro-tube after the necessary fibres have been removed to form the branch connection in the given room.
