The apparatus has a fuse (1) of 1.5 A, a 12 volt transformer (2), and a commutator (3). An alternating current (AC) goes to a jack (7) and another AC passes through a rectifier (4). A relay (5) is fixed with a selector (6) of North or South polarity, and is connected to the jack. An electromagnet is lodged in an earpiece (8) by sliding a polarizing filter (9).
