[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A biometrics authentication server (100) is formed by: an authentication request reception unit (110) for receiving authentication request data containing a predetermined key and authentication object biometric information originated from a client terminal and requesting for biometrics authentication, from a business provider terminal (300) performing commodity/service trade with the client terminal (200); an authentication execution unit (111) for executing search of the authentication database (125) according to a predetermined key contained in the authentication request data and executing biometrics authentication concerning biometric information corresponding to the predetermined key and authentication object biometric information contained in the authentication request data; and an output processing unit (112) for returning the biometrics authentication result to the business provider terminal (300).
